Process was unusually quick for me, only 6 weeks. Tough but fair interview process with high expectations. You need to study both product and company to be successful. I had an HR phone interview, Management phone interview, Gallup assessment, 1:1 in person interview, and then a product demo with some members of the potential team. Stryker looks for strong candidates that are willing to put in the work for anything to make them the best.

Recruiter contacted me to set-up a phone interview. I was asked what times would be best for the call. I responded via email immediately. I didn't hear back from the recruiter for 4-5 days but we decided on a time. 20 minutes before the phone call I get an email stating that they have gone with another candidate
