I initially met the StructureTec recruiters at a student organization meeting at my University, Lauren and Elizabeth are very nice and approachable representatives for this company. They said they would reach back out to me in the next week and they reached out within the next couple of days with a phone call looking to set up an interview with me. I was very excited because I'd done my research on StructureTec and could tell it's a wonderful company to work for. We set up a phone interview and I completed the personality DISC assessment. After moving forward, I went into the Kalamazoo office for a 2on1 interview with a recruiter (Lauren) and my BD Manager. They both made the interview seem very comfortable and even allowed me time to think about some difficult questions.
