I emailed the head office inquiring about the Management Trainee program. The HR person got back to me shortly after telling me more about the program. We scheduled an interview and I underwent the interview the following day. The HR contacted me with additional supplementary questions which I answered. I then provided my references and underwent a thorough reference check. After going through all that, I got ghosted. Not even a single email response to give me closure.
