Entrevista
The interview process is fairly informal and more of a general conversation with the candidate. You are asked questions relevant to the role you've applied for. I felt like the interview questions could only help the interviewer determine if you are a good cultural fit for the company, not whether or not you could perform the duties.

I was impressed when asked, "what is important to you in an employer you are willing to work for?" They truly want to learn how to serve employee needs as well.
