30 min phone call with head of ML, where the conversation seemed a bit weird and didn't flow. Interview was heavily scripted; 10 mins of them reading a section about what Streetbees is/does, 10 mins talking about my experience, and then 10 mins of questions (again, scripted Qs unrelated to my experience).
Quite a few reviews appear to mention toxic management, so I guess it makes sense that they're trying to put processes in place to avoid that. It made the chat feel awkward though, and like they didn't care about you as a potential employee.
The questions at the end didn't fill me with confidence about their use of DS/ML, as they were very basic and something like you'd ask when you were first learning the field.
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Streetbees
