Applied online on 06/22. Received an interview request on 07/15. Screening interview happened on 07/18. Recruiter was on vacation the following week. Emailed follow-up on 07/31. No response as of yet. Completely ghosted. The screening was cordial, laid back, and pretty comfortable. So disappointed. I spent a lot of time prepping for this interview for a job that I really thought I wanted. After this experience, probably not a company I want to work for after all.

After the screening, I was supposed to meet with the hiring manager but I guess they were busy. I ended up interviewing with two random CS people who hadnt even looked at my resume. They had no idea what to ask and it was super awkward. This company seems to like to waste people's time.
