I was contacted by Steam Companies' Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sandra via LinkedIn. They must have held onto my resume because I did apply to work at Stream Companies back in Early 2021 to be an account manager but quite frankly didn't have a lot of experience at the time. I was in the job market again and they contacted me at the most perfect time. The fact they held onto my contact info really showed a lot. I interviewed November 2022. I had one interview with the Chief Creative Officer, Sandra, and the Director of Project Management. The "interview" lasted a little over an hour. I put interview in quotations because it hardly felt like an interview. It was more a conversation. We all vibed instantly. Everyone was super welcoming and the interview had just the right amount of professionalism and personality! After the interview, I got my offer letter about 3 hours later :-) I start my new role after the new year and I could not be more excited!
