The interview was very straight forward. Basically it was all scenarios for me. They tell you when you start that they want SPECIFIC INSTANCES of what you did when various various occurred. They include a time when you had to help an employee, how you stay organized with tasks, etc... The good thing about this is since the want specifics they tell you to think a minute or two before you answer. Take the time to think out your answer it will only help you.
