I applied online and had a call briefly to find out more about myself, and then booked in for a face to face interview in the Newport Service center. The interview went well, then I was called for a Second Interview where I did a role play to test my Sales skills. Bare in mind I was not expecting a role play but I did my best even though I've never done a car sales process before, as I have property sales experience. I was told a few days later that I did not get the job. Even though I was very disappointed with the result, the Sales Manager Peter was very helpful to me and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed throughout both interviews. I was very excited for the Opportunity but didn't do impress well enough.

Good experience during interviews. Prompt invitation to second interview. No communication following second interview. Took over a month to receive a generic email saying the position has been filled. Not very professional.
