The interview process is usually a three step process. First, there will be a phone interview with the office manager, who is really friendly and approachable. Then there will be a next phone interview with the Client Service manager and the final round will be held in the office which will include a sit down with the CEO. All the staff are incredibly intelligent, friendly and approachable. The office is on Michigan Avenue so the location is beautiful too.
