Entrevista
The first round consists of two 1:1 interviews, each containing behavioural questions and a case, as well as maths, logic, and writing tests. One spends more time on the behavioural part and the other spends more time on the case. The longer case comes with materials to review. The tests are similar to the online ones.
Colloquio con HR + 3 business case: 1 sizing + 2 casi strutturati in ambito Financial Discipline (ossia quella in cui sarei stato inserito).

Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

Entrevista
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
