Pleasant interviews following typical consulting structure (I.e., background, motivation, business case and questions)
Processes management on hr side was quite disappointing. After 1st round I received a positive feedback and I was told that in a couple of weeks they would have scheduled a 2nd round. After that, nothing happened for a month, I then tried to reach out but didn’t get any answer. After several months, they contacted me out of the blue for a second round. Did the interviews and never heard anything from them…
Apparently part of the interview should have been conducted in English, in my case didn’t happen because they forgot

Entrevista
Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
