The company took 3 months to conduct 4 rounds (calls themselves fast paced working company). Post 4th final round, doesn’t inform the candidate about the status. After several calls by candidate to HR, HR informs rejection citing the reason that though your 3 rounds were really great (3rd being with a partner), but 4th chit chat discussion round didn’t go well and hence the rejection. Such a highly professional company (slow claps for them). Everyone can now understand why the existing employees are leaving the firm and asking the candidates also to not join this company.

Entrevista
Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
