The field recruiter initially made contact with me to assess my abilities for the desired position. Upon satisfying those requirements, a phone interview was set up by the recruiter with the overall Commissioning Manager, Regional Commission Manager and Local Commissioning Manager. Prior to the phone interview, the recruiter provided helpful guidance on how the interview would take place and types of questions I could expect to be asked.
