Had Applied for a different position, someone reached out to me about another open position they wanted me to look into. Came into the office, interviewed with 3 workers in a conference room. Relaxed, casual interview. Mostly background and getting to know me as well as explaining the company and job. Asked a few behavioral/preferences related questions regarding work environment, schedule, experiences. Got Called back a week later and was offered the position & started 2-3 weeks later
