30 minute phone interview with hiring manager. Followed up once more over the phone. I was then hired on. As an intern the interview processes is not extensive. You either work well for the team based in the interview or won't.

The interview process involved standard competency and motivation-based questions. I was asked why I was interested in the role, what motivated me to apply to StoneX specifically, and to discuss my background, skills, and how they align with the position.

Describe a situation where you initially struggled or failed. What did you learn from it, and what was the eventual outcome?
Very calm and normal. Asked normal questions about resumes and what I saw myself like in the future. It was around 30 minutes virtual. hearing back took an while overall good experience.

Straight forward interview with no real technical questions mainly motivational. Different stages of interviews going from recruiter to desk heads, 3 interviews in total. Desk heads ranged from cross asset, prime and fixed income.
