Applied on-line, got the first round interview invitation one week later, and interviewed on-site yesterday. The interviewer is quite welcoming, encouraging, and friendly. Questions are basic and of general difficulties. He asked me to go through resume, and asked some follow ups, then a brain teaser. The whole interview was relaxing, so you were given plenty of time and patience solving problems.

The first step in the interview process was a virtual interview where you record yourself answering questions. Not getting the chance to interact with a real human interviewer was disappointing. I received the recorded interview request 2 months after applying, and then waited over a month for an automated response. I would have appreciated more effort put into the interview process from their end.
