      Me postulé a través de otra fuente. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Stocard en jul 2021

      Entrevista

      The company approached me via LinkedIn HR person, so I got transferred to another person who gave me more info on the company, position etc. which was followed by the case study. The recruiting process consists of phone screening, case study, feedback on the case study, and then the interview with the team and FINALLY the offer. I find the process very long and frustrating. I spent four hours on the task over the weekend and on Tuesday I got the call from the person who is leading the team of the role for which I did the task, saying that they will not proceed further with my application. As this is the role regarding campaigns within the Stocard app, take a look at their business part on their website to understand more. The task consisted of two parts. Both first to understand then calculate and THEN present in a way that it would be like you are presenting to the client (keep this in mind). They are not searching only for correct results, but the way you present them in 2/3 slides, so design/ clarity, fonts, typos etc. (I got an answer: " your results are correct and you presented them in a very clear way, I mean this are not the best slides I have ever seen in my life, so maybe for the future pay attention on typos that we found, more aligned colours bla bla bla). Keep this in mind, as in this way they can ask 100 candidates to do a 4hour task, but at the end whose slides they like the most will go on with the process, a bit ridiculous, as I don't think this presents the way you could do the slides for a customer in the future, as once you are part of the company you learn and adapt, therefore I find it ridiculous, but they can do it as we are in this pandemic and they have plenty of people looking for jobs. P.S while doing the task, you will have an option to contact them in case some questions arise, but do not count on this option (it's just stays there and it is not the real option, as they don't get back to you). Also, the clarity of the task is not the best one, as when reading their task you think that you are supposed to get the correct numbers, but then you understand it is how you present the A B test for campaigns. P.S this is the Junior position! Definitely, Stocard needs to improve and I guess they will respond a month later saying they will take my feedback into account.
