I went through the interview process quite smoothly - three skype interviews with HR and managers both in Italy (office I was applying for)and US (HQ) and I received the job offer via email that I passed successfully all the the steps and I got the job. Then things started to become a bit shady.AFTER the communication they sent me an assignment to be completed in a few days. The assignment consisted in drafting three email to sent to potential customers, it was meant to test my English knowledge. I sent back the assignment and I received an email a few days later saying they were going to hire another candidate. Mind it was AFTER they offered me the job. I tried to contact them via email several times with no response. Only when I've threaten them to go via legal ways they called me and apologised for the confusion and how they've conducted the whole process NEVER, in more than 50 interviews I've done in my life I felt so insulted. They're hiring process is faulty, especially in the Italian office.
