Informal interview process. Stress interview structure to bargain cheaply. Seek to hire people into "trial" positions to establish whether they "fit" into the organizations unusual "culture." Friendly at first but does not last. Candid and abrasive with promises of good intent for employee growth in development, which later on equates to nothing more than micromanagement and mistreatment.
