The interview process was very smooth. included 4 interviews total. 1: classic first round exchanging pleasantries and getting the lay of the land, quick prior experience summary and a few questions, as well as next steps. 2: Met with current manager for a more structured interview including qualitative and quantitative questions about handling specific scenarios and similar challenges faced in prior experiences, how you handled etc. also discussed comp 3: Interview with current team lead and another analyst who asked questions from a structured sheet, looking for culture/team fit and some personality questions, finished with Q&A 4: This was less of an interview and more of a confirmation call for accepting offer, showing interest
