The interview process is 2-part. First with the Managing Director, and the 2nd was with the Hiring Manager. Both interviews asked straightforward questions mostly related to job experiences and what you can bring to the table as a unique candidate/individual. I love that they explained what the position entails to be successful in the job. Both interviews were held very professionally but in a welcoming friendly way, so they were truly enjoyable.
