I completed a phone screening first, after the phone screen I interviewed with four different people at Stericycle. Each interview was approximately 45-60 minutes and all of the interviewers had a different work style and personality. This process gave me a very good picture as to what I should expect in my new position and it gave me a good feel for how much the company cares for their employees.
