I recently completed two interviews, and I found the entire process to be remarkably smooth and efficient. The questions were more conversational in nature, focusing primarily on my experience in service design, rather than being overly technical or complex. This made the discussions feel more engaging and allowed me to showcase my expertise in a more natural way. Overall, I appreciated the conversational tone, as it created a comfortable environment for both parties.
