1st is a phone screen by a company recruiter.
Then they have you do an online skills test AND a personality test (the skills test takes 20 minutes and you WILL run out of time. The personality test takes only a few minutes).
Then they submit you to the CSM Manager. If he/she likes what they see, they'll schedule a zoom interview.
Zoom interview is standard Q&A. If the Manager likes your answers, you'll move to a 3rd interview, which is a presentation with the Manager, Director, and VP of Customer Success.
The Presentation is about how to do something basic (either they'll choose the topic or you will) - like "how to use a calculator" or "how to wash a cat", etc. You'll use visuals in PPT and the presentation will run about 10 minutes with all the them asking questions at the end (basic objections you'll need to overcome).
Since the presentation will take you a while to put together, this is something that's more time consuming.
I'd recommend asking the recruiter (at the beginning) if anyone internally is also applying to the position. This is because I KNEW I did the best presentation, overcame all objections, etc. But later found out that the Manager ended up choosing an internal employee of the company (which basically told me, I never had a chance). If I had known this at the beginning, I wouldn't have proceeded - because companies will almost ALWAYS hire someone internally - promote them - vs hiring someone outside the company. Which is exactly what happened.
