Entrevista
The interview process is a 3- or 4-part process: phone screen, 1:1, test, final interview with other Statflo stakeholders.
The phone screen went well; the human resources person was professional, and engaged in the conversation.
The decision-maker joined the 1:1; this person had a lot of experience in the role and would be great to work with. During this 1:1 the interviewer was visibly tired and explained that they were dealing with a large amount of work.
Just over one hour after the 1:1, after 5PM in Statflo's timezone, I received a decline email stating that "much consideration" had been given to this application and they were declining to move forward.
Unfortunately, when a key decision-maker is burdened by fatigue and / or pressure from their workload, it isn't possible for them to give equal consideration to all interview candidates.

Apply online, First interview with HR, Second interview with QA Lead followed by take home challenge. Third interview with panel of members. Third interview is more like they are checking weather you matched for their work culture.
