Very Standard interview process, almost entirely behavioral questions. Questions about how you would handle certain situations etc. Questions about previous experience and a bit about what you would be learning and doing as a State Street Employee. It was one of the easiest interviews I've had to do in my life not that I have done very many.

The process was fairly smooth. I was first reached out through a phone call through HR, who asked simple screening questions, such as whether I was still interested in the opportunity, my availability, etc. After that initial call, it took around a week for them to invite me for an interview. The interview was laid back as it was conversational with no technical questions asked. They just want to get to know you--what you do in school, outside of school, hobbies, and interest. Two back to back interviews with senior managers with of the firm. Be sure to come prepared with a lot of questions about State Street and why this field/position.
