I applied online and got approached by an HR pretty quickly. After 2 rounds of face to face interviews with the hiring manager, a senior HR and the head of the department and even though having made it to the last round, I haven't received any response on their hiring decision. Even though they told me that they would come back to me within a week with a response, it's been a month and still no response. I tried to contact them multiple times but was unsuccessful. It is such a negative experience and I really don't understand why would companies treat experienced applicants like that - especially when they have spent time and resources for 3 rounds of interviews. Really unprofessional.

Application was lost in Workday, reached out to hr, was luckily able to get back in process and advance into interviews. Was meant to have two rounds and ended up ghosted after the third.
