It was very laid back. I was offered Chipotle in the interview, and immediately knew this was a cool place work. It was more conversational, as he wanted to see what I knew about State Farm. He was looking at how I answered, and compared that to how he anticipated I would work with customers.

The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.

The interview process is different for every agent. Some agent's want you to meet with their stuff and others just want you to meet with them. Fairly straightforward process with a focus on how you plan to produce.
