Great experience multiple interviews positive people, first was online assessment then virtual interview then another on phone interview then offer . Overall experience was good and basic questions about yourself in star format is key

The process was fast once you got the first interview scheduled. However from application input to hire offer was about 2 months. There was an assessment, initial interview and then a final interview where they offer you the position if interested.
I applied to the role and they sent me an assessment test via email. It thought it was a basic screening. The assessment included: typing test, data entry, listening, behavioral question/characteristics screening. Practice assessment was included along with a video to let you know how to prepare for the assessment. Not bad at all!!

There is a computer testing, and 2 interviews. If you are responsive and reply and move through the steps quickly. You will likely get an offer within a week. Every communication/interview is virtual. It was a smooth process for me.
