The receptionist started asking me about myself and some personal questions first, then the agent came out and walked me to her office. She asked me 3-4 basic interview questions from a paper. It was a cold and short conversation, I felt uncomfortable.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
