The hiring process began when I did an online application. Soon after I received an email to complete an online assessment. After finishing the assessment, I was contacted for a phone interview. A few weeks later, I received a second call for a phone interview and was offered a CJO.

Entrevista
The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
