Entrevista
Initial interview is a recording of behavioral questions + technical assessment. Technical assessment was not timed, but was recorded. It was an algo question on validation of cc #’s. Got to the final interview three weeks after my submission of my technical assessment. The hiring manager and team lead were very nice. Basic questions on ‘what’s your process to solve a problem’. Was told in that interview they would return an answer not the week following but the one after due to additional interviews. I didn’t hear back from State Farm for two and a half weeks after my final interview. They didn’t send me a rejection email, they just updated my portal. They have a policy against providing feedback. Overall my frustration oriented around not being sent a rejection in a timely manner. Everyone I interacted with was nice.
Hire Vue video Interview, but they get back to you pretty quickly. They are trying to get through a lot of applicants and it is obvious in their hiring process.
Interview included a virtual interview where you're asked to record video answers. This is followed by a coding challenge. Finally, there was a live video call interview with team members.

Entrevista
It consisted of three rounds: screening coding, self-recording interviews, and panel interviews. Panel interview was very technical, and questions were closely related to the job responsibilities. The difficulty for coding assessment wasn't as bad but definitely need to know the basics.
