A recruiter reached out to me to do a HireVue. I completed HireVue in a timely manner then the recruiter claimed I never did the HireVue and then ghosted me after I sent proof of my completion.
The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
