The initial interview was done over the phone. They will go into details of what the job entails as well as giving you information on the extensive training. If you pass the interview, then you are given a link to begin the process, which starts with passing an assessment test.

It went well and I enjoyed speaking with the interviewer. I only fill this out to achieve the 30 word requirement that is apparently mandatory to look further at this site.

Interview process was straight forward. No curve ball questions. Basically asked about my prior experience and why I would be a good fit for the role. Also, was interested about prior insurance experiences.
