Entrevista
I met with 6 different members of the investment department. They all asked the same questions. They just wanted to get to know you and basically find out if you're passionate about investing.

Entrevista
Two rounds of interviews. The first was very laid back and the questions were pretty general. After the first round, on-site interview, we were invited to the corporate headquarters where we did about 3 hours of interviewing with everybody in the department. Many of the questions were pretty much the same. It was more of a conversation than an interview. Nothing to be scared of.

Pregunta 1
There was only one question that was content specific (investments) that related to the current state of the economy/interest rates and how it may affect State Farm's investment portfolio.

Entrevista
Applied for the position online and received an e-mail 2 days later asking for my unofficial transcript. About 5 days later I received a call to set up a phone interview. About 4 days after the phone interview I was invited to come out to their HQ in Bloomington, IL for an in-person interview. The interview itself was really laid back, I met with 5-6 different people in their company and had a short 20 min. conversation with each one. Mostly just asking about my previous internships/school experience. About three weeks after the in-person interview I received an e-mail letting me know I didn't get the job.

State Farm paid for my travel out to Bloomington and housed us in a nice hotel. In the morning, we went to their headquarters and went through three 45 minute interviews with two investment professionals. Afterwards, two of the professionals took us to lunch which gave us a better chance to get to know each other. Overall, it was a great experience.
