My interview process was different than most because a local agency owner recruited me to become his next agent aspirant over a 2 month period.

*Candidate Review
Things just got real! Your credit report, criminal record, work/education history, and motor vehicle record will be studied closely to help determine eligibility.
*Career Understanding
Complete different learning modules and videos designed to give you a better understanding of the agent opportunity. I took FULL advantage of reaching out to many different State Farm contacts learning just as much about them as the industry, life as an insurance agent and what to prepare myself for year 1.

Once your state licenses are confirmed, you will gain access to view, consider, and compete for agent opportunities across the United States.
*Site Interview
Sales Leaders may choose to conduct interviews for new agents in their market area. If selected, a job offer as an agent intern is made contingent on successful completion of applicable background and licensing checks.
*Internship
CONGRATS! You've been selected to enter the agent intern program for product and leadership training, along with a field development experience with an established agent.

Entrevista
It is a conversational interview, based around who you are and if you are fit for the position. They sometimes do ask conventional interviews questions but it is all things you should already be prepared for.
