Was signed up to receive job leads from state farm website, I applied to the position and made sure to fill out every detail that was required. I was sent an afidavidt to sign, then two test...I did my research on glass door for other reviews to prepare and googled STAR questions for my phone interview. Oh and do a mock typing test for the typing test. I prepared the night before and studied a bit of the company's history...I was very friendy on my phone interview and was hired on the spot.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Entrevista
Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.

Process was fairly easy and moving along in the hiring process was easy as well. Recruiters respond very fast and are always helpful with answering any questions you may have.
