Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en State Farm (Tempe, AZ) en sept 2013
Entrevista
Piece of cake. It was a typical online screening process with skills and personality assessment; took an hour at most. They never saw me in person until my first day of work. The phone interview was partially informative, then typical customer service experience questions. My offer was extended at the end of the phone interview. Once I accepted I was sent instructions to complete a drug screen and background check.

Not difficult at all. Questions like "can you tell be about a time you had a difficult customer and how you handled it?" , "What are your strengths/weaknesses?" Or "can you tell me about a time you did not get along with a team member and how you dealt with it?"
Easy quick responsive very interpersonal easy to engage genuine personable I felt like it really gave great insight on who and how I am and how I can benefit the company as a whole
Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en State Farm (Richardson, TX) en jul 2025

The interview was pretty simple, they asked basic behavioral health questions and questions regarding your experience and how it will contribute to the position you were applying for. I was offered but declined due to the salary. The experience I had wasn’t worth taking the change for the drop in pay. Interviewer was pretty straight forward advised they would have negotiated pay IF I had auto experience - even though I had 5 years in managing claims and I wouldn’t be managing only customer care.

Name a situation where you had to make a difficult decision.
Lengthy and long random questions and typing test. Be prepared that if you pass you’ll have a lot of work and should be able to maintain it. Not for faint of heart.
