Applied online through State Farm website and then received an email with a link to take a battery and pre-employment assessment test a few days later. The assessment test was a typing test and data entry test where you had to fill out information from a phone call order. I was then asked to have a phone interview two weeks later where I was asked the following questions. 1. Why State Farm? 2. A time a team member wasn't pulling their weight? 3. How do you manage multiple tasks? 4.A time you had to deal with a difficult customer? After interview I was hired on the spot.
