It was a half hour or so phone interview about customer service and empathy and how to deal with situations when customers are speaking. Also if you can comprehend how to word yourself and be very communicative
Easy interview, one way video interview, background check and assessment. Received very quick responses (in 24hr or less). Recruitment process overall very good and onboarding also seems to be automated and easy to understand next steps.
