Over the phone- just be remarkable - build your brand how you want to be seen as ! Be yourself not animated but professional respectful make sure you personalize every customer and show them a caring supportive attitude during a difficult situation ! Do you want to always make the customer feel as if they're not just a number but yet individual that is in need of help in every situation is different but this situation is directly about them and how you can help them !

Entrevista
Completed video interview and about a month later had a phone call and discuss background, job expectations and asked generic questions such as "can you work in a quiet area". Once done sent a rejection email about 5 mins later. Not sure what they was looking for.
Online assessment and video interview-not hard, but can be intimidating if you don’t have a lot of experience with technology. Pretty straightforward though and easy to get through. They keep you informed throughout the process
