Applied in Dec 2016 with an Outside Recruiter. Had telephone interview in mid- January with HR person from HQ with behavioral only type questions for one solid hour. Interviewed in person in Dunwoody in late January with Operations Manager and Supervisor. Asked some behavioral questions similar to the telephone interview, then asked procedural-type questions about Underwriting to FNMA and FHLMC. I have been UW for over 10 years and now am just used to filling out the FNMA form 1084 form for self employed bwrs and tax returns. They will ask several procedural questions, so study the FNMA Seller/Servicing Guide like crazy!

How do you look at a s/e bwr that owns a "S Corp" and shows a loss for this year, but a gain in a previous year?
Recorded response to multiple questions. You have the option to record answers 2x. You have some time to practice but it is limited. Then you have a phone interview where they go over you’re recorded answers and some new questions.
Two panels of three people. Not very difficult. Typical questions that you would expect. Basic scenarios around coworkers, calls, decision making. It was many years ago. I’m sure it has changed by now

Short sweet and simple. Video interview with no person involved. Series of 5 questions. Nothing crazy at all. You get two attempts per question so you can correct your mistakes
