I applied around the middle of July for the Claim Associate that start date was October 17 and I received the assessment around the beginning of September. The assessment was every easy just basic data entry and two paragraphs to try to type in a minute. Once I passed that two weeks later I was called to schedule an telephone interview, The interview was fairly easy because she just ask customer service based question.

Entrevista
The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Entrevista
Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
