Initial phone interview with recruiter. They asked for me to describe myself as far as work ethic, experience background and education. They also asked to share a sales experience that I was really proud of and a customer service experience that I went above and beyond for.

Long and unnecessary. Once you get in it gets a lot more simple. Kind of annoying not sure I think they have to make a quota but the test are easy. Drug test necessary

Completed application online for another position. My application was recommended for other positions a few times until I received an online interview for CC Sales Rep and received a phone call about 1-2 weeks later for job offer

Entrevista
The interview was over the phone and it lasted a little over an hour. The interviewer wasn’t high pressure at all. I’m fast, the person that interviewed me was really nice. There were some STAR formatted questions though.
