Entrevista
This was an internal interview for a field position within the company. The interview asked competency-based questions based on the desired competencies which the hiring manger posted for the job. I interviewed on a single panel with 3 people. Two team managers and an HR Representative were present. Upon my arrival, pleasantries were exchanged. They then proceeded with the competency-based questions, of which there were 8-10. Upon completion of these questions there were generic job questions relating to ability to perform the specific job function.

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
