I participated in a Zoom meeting with three panel members. Each member asked questions at random and shared the questions in the Zoom chat for me to read. During the meeting, each member introduced themselves, and the moderator provided an overview of the project before asking the first question. Throughout the interview process, no one inquired about my background. Instead, the primary focus was on how to measure the necessary data and how much data we should import from the legacy systems. Additionally, they asked how far back we should go and how long we should retain this data in our new modern platform.
