Very straightforward, to the point. They asked behavioral questions, limitations, strengths, and the rest of the questions you would be asked in the retail or food industry. They did two interviews after the phone interview. They were very professional.

They asked what strengths and limitations I had in the work environment. They did also ask to tell them about a time I faced a challenge in the workplace and how did I act on it?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
