Basic SARI questions(situation, action, resolution, interesting information), they just wanted to make sure that you will always put the customer and company before anything else! You need to have an updated resume and cover letter, along with a coffee tasting and PDP if you are moving up in the company ans not an outside hire. Treat it like a conversation, not an interview!

applied this position on May, scheduled a zoom meeting on July, interviewing with local hr. Set up a time for second round and third on person...They told me the decision will be made within 3 days but i haven't received anything from them since.
