Used standard STAR interview to assess candidate qualifications and work experience. Was already a partner and prepared a coffee tasting with a homemade bakery item. Interview was more of a conversation guided by workplace achievements/strenghths/weaknesses.

I was invited to have a sit down with two managers and they asked me several questions to judge my suitability for the role. The interview lasted around 15-20 minutes.
